Why Dominic doesn't Mesh With Buffyverse

Alot of things in Dominic the Vampire Slayer have identical meanings and ways. For instance The Slayer is the mystical Chosen One to fight off the things that go bump in the night. And a Watcher trains and prepares his Slayer. Hellmouths are areas of extreme supernatural activity, meaning that the barriers between dimensions are weak. And the last two episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer are changed slightly. There is still the same battle, but with two new characters entering the fight. The Whereabouts of the Scooby Gang after the events of Chosen are untold in Joss Whedon's Buffy Season Eight. The only thing we know is that the Scoobies are scattered all over the world with the newly activated Slayers. The only novel that truely gives a awesome guess is The Queen of Slayers. In this noncanonical novel, Faith watches over the Cleveland Hellmouth and Buffy goes to Italy to face The Immortal. The Immortal is also in the canonical Buffy Season Eight. Much like DTVS.

The controvesy of Dominic the Vampire Slayer is that, for as long as there have been demons there has a been only a female Slayer. But again "what if." What if the forces of good were being outnumbered. What if Buffy's 2nd death caused Dominic to be activated. No one knows for sure. The time between Dominic's activation and Buffy's death is great. But in Season Seven Buffy and Giles seek help from an oracle-like creature. He says that there is nothing they can do. Buffy's sencond death screwed up The Slayer Line. And since the events of Season Seven and Dominic the Vampire Slayer are the same, it is very obvious that Dominic was called because the Slayer Line was all wacky. And Buffy's second death must have had a delayed reaction on the Slayer Line.
